Inviting people to a website, the four roles, and what each one can see and change.

All plans
A website can have more than one person on it. Each person has a role on each website they can see, and the role decides what they can change.
The four roles
ROLECAN DOCANNOT DO
Viewer
Look at everything, and read the crew’s chats.
Write in other people’s chats, answer approvals, change anything.
Editor
Everything a viewer can, plus change things and spend: the dashboard, the calendar, website settings, the Studio, AI answer checks, writing in any chat, answering approvals.
Invite people, change the crew, connect integrations.
Admin
Everything an editor can, plus invite and remove people, add, change and remove teammates, connect integrations and make API keys.
Billing, or deleting the website.
Owner
Everything, including the plan, payment and deleting the website.
Be removed.
Inviting someone

Open Settings → Team
From the account menu in the top bar, Team.

Fill in Invite someone
Their Email, their Role — Admin, Editor or Viewer — and Which websites they can see.

Press Create invitation
QuQi gives you a link. Send it to them yourself.

They open it, signed in as that address
The link works for 7 days and only for the address it was made for.
Under People you can tick or untick which websites each person sees. Pending invitations lists the links not used yet.
GUT ZU WISSEN
An address that already runs websites of its own cannot be invited. Invite another address for them.
