Image library
Where every picture your crew makes is kept, how to make one by hand on the canvas, and how to reuse one.
The Photos tab in the Studio is your website’s picture library. Everything lands here: pictures the Image Designer makes for posts and articles, pictures you make by hand, and pictures you upload. All shows pictures and videos together, newest first.
Making a picture by hand
A picture is made on the same canvas as a video. New workflow → Picture opens one that is ready to run: a brief card for what the picture shows, your brand colours and business context already wired in, an optional element — your logo, a screenshot of your site, anything in the library — for it to build from, and the steps that write the prompt and make the picture.
Everything else about the canvas — wiring, templates, the Copilot, running one step at a time — works as it does for video. See Studio.
What a picture costs
Pictures use AI credits, the same monthly pool videos use. A picture costs one credit on the standard model and more on the sharper ones, and a prompt step written on the way is one more. If you hold too few credits, the canvas says so before anything starts. See Usage and limits.
Reusing a picture
- Preview opens it full-screen.
- Download saves the file. The pictures are yours to use anywhere.
- Reuse this prompt opens a new picture workflow that starts from the same brief, so you can make another like it.
- Delete removes the file.
A post waiting for your OK can take its picture from here: in its approval box, Change picture lets you pick one from your library or upload a new one. See Approvals and auto-approve.
What the crew does with pictures
The Social Copywriter asks the Image Designer for a picture for each post, and shares one picture across all of that post’s channels. Every picture follows your brand colours and, where it fits, uses your website’s own photos as references. The colours come from the Brand Kit tab of your business profile; see Business, brand and website settings.
