Business, brand and website settings

The handful of things QuQi reads from your site and every teammate works from — your business, audiences, competitors and brand — and the website settings that steer articles, crawling and backlinks.

6 Min. Lesezeit All plans

Almost nothing your crew makes is written from scratch. It is written from your business profile: what you sell, who to, how buying works, who you compete with, and what your brand looks like. Get those right and everything after them improves at once.

HIER STARTEN Open Dashboard → Company → Settings and read what QuQi filled in. Fix anything wrong in your own words. Ten minutes here is worth more than any other setting.

Your business profile

The Company panel on the dashboard opens a settings drawer — “Your business profile, as every agent reads it” — with six tabs. Download as Markdown saves the whole profile as one document.

TABWHAT IS IN ITWORTH KNOWING
Business details Business name, description, industry, business context, country, language, time zone, sitemap URL and blog path. The time zone is the clock the calendar runs on.
Target audiences Who you sell to, one row each. Add, edit or remove rows.
Competitors The domains you are measured against. Find competitors again re-reads them from your business details.
Content strategy What your articles should be about, and why. Written after your website is read. Edit it, or generate it again.
Social strategy What your posts should be about, and the mix of kinds. The Social Copywriter follows its mix.
Brand Kit Your colours, your voice words and your logo. Read from your site’s real screenshots and styles.

Business context

The Business context is the long version: what you sell, who for, and how buying works. It is written for you from your website’s own pages — first from the home page, then again from your best pages once the first crawl has found them. Teammates read it before they produce anything.

Write your own and your words win: it is saved as written and is not replaced until you ask for a re-read with Re-read my website.

Correct a fact

Correct a fact keeps a list of short, standing corrections — “We do not serve enterprise customers.” — that every re-read keeps. Use it for the thing QuQi keeps getting wrong.

Brand Kit

  • Colours are grouped as the brand, surfaces, text and signal. A colour you remove stops reaching the pictures and videos your crew makes.
  • Voice holds the words your brand says and the words it never says. These steer video scripts and presenters. For articles, put your voice in Global article instructions under Website settings → Articles; for any teammate, in its Instructions.
  • Logo takes a transparent PNG. Videos never open on the logo; the closing card carries it unless you choose otherwise.
  • Refresh from website reads your site again and replaces your edits; Save keeps them.

Refreshing from your website

Refresh settings on the Company panel asks before it rewrites anything: “Tick what to rewrite. What you edited yourself starts unticked and stays as you wrote it.” Tick a section you edited and your version is replaced.

Website settings

Three things belong to the website rather than to any teammate. They are on one page, Website settings, linked from the sidebar of the chat page (Agent in the menu). Each section has its own save button.

SECTIONWHAT IT DECIDESWHO FOLLOWS IT
Articles How every article is written: internal links, pictures and their style, a table of contents, a call to action, featured products, your own instructions. Copywriter
Crawling How the site is crawled for audits: which pages, how deep, how fast. Your plan caps the pages and depth whatever you choose. SEO Auditor
Backlinks Whether and how the website takes part in the backlink exchange. Link Exchange

Each teammate’s own page lists every setting in its section, with its default.

Language

QuQi writes in your business’s own language, hashtags included. It does not switch to English because the console is in English. The Language and Country in your business details decide it.

When to come back here

  • You changed what you sell, or who you sell it to.
  • The articles are fine but not really about your business — fix the business context.
  • The pictures do not look like you — fix the colours and logo on the Brand Kit tab.
  • The research keeps missing an obvious rival — add it under Competitors.
  • The batches land at the wrong hour — check the time zone.
