Notifications

How QuQi tells you an article or a post is waiting for your OK, what those messages can and cannot do, and which emails you can switch off.

قراءة 4 دقائق All plans

When a teammate finishes an article or a post that waits for your OK, QuQi sends one short note to say so. It tells you what is waiting and links to the chat where you answer it. Everything else the crew does, you see in the console.

ابدأ من هنا You do not need to set anything up: the note goes to the website owner’s email. If you would rather not be asked at all, turn on that teammate’s auto-approve.

Where the note goes

WHEREWHENWHAT IT NEEDS
Email Every time, to the website owner. Nothing to connect.
Telegram or WhatsApp As well as the email, when that is where you last talked to QuQi. A verified link to your account. See Telegram & WhatsApp.

WhatsApp only lets QuQi send you a message within a day of your own last message there. Outside that window the WhatsApp note does not arrive, and the email still does.

What the note can do

It tells you and points you to the chat. It does not approve anything: there are no buttons in it, and its link opens the chat in the console, behind your login, where the approval box is. A forwarded note never lets anyone publish.

Page fixes and deletions that wait for your OK do not send a note. They wait in the chat, and Waiting for your OK at the top of the chat sidebar counts them with everything else.

In the console

  • Waiting for your OK, with a count, at the top of the chat sidebar.
  • The chat row reads Waiting for your OK.
  • On the calendar, a batch whose work waits for you reads Waiting for you.
  • A short message in the corner when something you started is ready — an audit report to download, a channel connected.

There is no separate inbox or bell. The chat sidebar is where waiting work lives.

Emails you can switch off

Under Settings → Notifications, two kinds of email are yours to turn off:

  • Weekly report — one email every Monday with what your crew did.
  • Progress and tips — occasional notes when something on your site deserves attention.

Account and billing emails are always sent, and so is the note about work waiting for your OK. To stop those notes, turn on the teammate’s auto-approve.

Talking to QuQi from your phone

A linked Telegram or WhatsApp account is also a chat with the lead. You can ask it about the website you last worked on in the console, start an audit, or have the audit report sent to you, without opening the console.

If nothing reaches you

The work is still made and still waits in the chat. Only the nudge is missed. A note that cannot be sent is tried once more and then left alone; it never holds up or undoes the work.
