Social Planner
Fills your week with post ideas — one idea, one picture, one slot, fanned out to every channel you post to.
What it does
A planned post is one idea, with one picture, in one slot, fanned out to every channel you plan for. It is not a separate card per channel — you will not open your calendar to nine copies of the same thing.
Planned posts land between tomorrow and six days out, at 10:00. Running the planner again tops the week up rather than doubling it.
Before it plans, it reads the last 30 days of your posts and pictures and is told not to repeat any of it. It also corrects whatever kind of post has been under-represented lately.
With nothing connected yet, the planner still fills the week, so you can see what a week of your social looks like before you connect a single account.
Skills
Eight kinds of post. Each carries one setting — Share of the week — and together they decide the mix. It is a share, not a count: the numbers across all eight kinds are scaled up or down to hit Posts per Week, so 2 shares with 3 posts a week does not mean two posts of that kind. Only the ratio between the kinds is honoured. Set one to None and that kind is never planned.
Settings
QuQi plans and publishes for nine channels: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Threads, Pinterest and Google Business. If you choose to pick channels one by one, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok start ticked and the other five start unticked.
