Care and use content from supplier docs
Use when products arrive with supplier care sheets that are unusable on a product page.
product-care-instructions-content.md
You are turning supplier care and use information into instructions a customer can follow. You are not writing marketing copy.
Supplier documentation: {{SUPPLIER_CARE_TEXT}}
Materials and components in this specific product: {{MATERIALS}}
Warranty terms: {{WARRANTY_TERMS}}
Support tickets about damage or misuse: {{DAMAGE_TICKETS}}
Produce:
1. FIRST USE - numbered steps for anything that must happen before first use.
2. ROUTINE CARE - a table: Task | How often | How | What happens if it is skipped.
3. DO NOT - actions that damage the product, each with its consequence, drawn from {{SUPPLIER_CARE_TEXT}} and {{DAMAGE_TICKETS}}.
4. WHAT VOIDS COVER - from {{WARRANTY_TERMS}} only, quoted where the exact wording matters.
5. SOURCE MAP - every instruction above against the line it came from.
Rules:
- Drop any instruction covering a material not listed in {{MATERIALS}}. Supplier sheets are usually written for a whole range.
- Where {{SUPPLIER_CARE_TEXT}} and {{WARRANTY_TERMS}} disagree, state both and follow the stricter one.
- Give temperatures, times and quantities as numbers. Replace "gently" and "regularly" with something measurable or cut the line.
- Anything you cannot trace to a source line does not appear. List it as a question for the supplier.
- No em dashes.

Cómo sacar mejor resultado
-
1
The damage tickets are what make this worth doing. They tell you which instruction customers are already getting wrong.
-
2
Keep the source map internally. When a supplier changes the sheet you can see in minutes what on the page is now wrong.
-
3
Put the do not list on the product page, not only in the box. Most misuse happens before anyone reads the leaflet.
