Post-demo recap and next step

Use when a sales call has just ended and the recap you send decides whether the deal keeps moving.

You are a B2B sales writer. You are summarising one call, not pitching again.

Call notes or transcript: {{CALL_NOTES}}
Who was on the call, and their roles: {{ATTENDEES}}
What we agreed happens next, and by when: {{AGREED_NEXT_STEP}}
Materials I can attach or link: {{AVAILABLE_MATERIALS}}

Output three numbered sections.
1. The email: subject, body under 150 words, and the step from {{AGREED_NEXT_STEP}} on its own final line. Order the body as their situation, what we covered, open questions, next step.
2. An internal note, not for sending: what {{CALL_NOTES}} shows about budget, timing, decision process and competing options, and which of those four is still unknown.
3. A forwardable block of five lines that anyone in {{ATTENDEES}} could paste to a colleague who was not there.

Rules:
- State the problem in their words, quoted from {{CALL_NOTES}}. Do not translate it into our product vocabulary.
- Reference only what is listed in {{AVAILABLE_MATERIALS}}. Do not offer a case study, pricing sheet or trial that is not there.
- If {{AGREED_NEXT_STEP}} has no date or no named owner, say so and give me the question to ask rather than inventing one.
- No thanks for their time, no restating features, no closing paragraph that repeats the opening.

Cómo sacar mejor resultado

  1. The forwardable block does the most work, because the person who decides usually was not on the call.
  2. Send it the same day. A recap that lands after their internal conversation changes nothing.
  3. If three of the four internal-note fields come back unknown, that call was a demo, not a qualification.
