You hit a limit

Which allowance ran out, what the message is telling you, when the count starts again, and the cheapest way past it.

Six things are counted, each per month: articles, social posts, AI credits, backlink credits, prompt runs for AI Visibility and page optimizations. Audits, research, strategies and the calendar are not counted at all, so a limit never stops you looking at your own site.

Where it shows

On the dashboard, the teammate’s row is locked and says why, with a button for the next step.
In a chat, the teammate says it cannot do it and why — “This website has no AI credits left this period, so no picture can be made.”
On the calendar, that teammate’s batches are skipped until the allowance comes back.

… limit reached … Resets … That allowance is spent for this month. The number and the reset date are in the line. Wait for the reset, upgrade, or ask support for a boost.

You’ve used this month’s … AI credits Pictures and videos share one pool, and it is empty. Buy a credit pack — bought credits never expire.

… is not included in your current plan Your plan does not have this at all. Change plan.

When the count starts again

On Free, on the first of the calendar month.
On a monthly subscription, on your billing date.
On a yearly subscription, every month, on the day of the month you started.

Get moving again

Find out which allowance it is

The message names it. The Billing page shows a bar for each one, with what is left and when it resets.

Decide whether to wait

If the reset is a day or two away, waiting costs nothing.

Top up, or raise the plan

Out of AI credits: buy a credit pack. Out of articles or posts: raise the plan — packs do not add those.

Ask support if this month is unusual

Support can add a one-off boost for the current month, on top of the plan’s allowance.

Stretching what is left

One social post is one post for one channel, so a post going to four channels uses four. Fewer connected channels makes the month go further. Turning a teammate off, or moving its batches further apart on the calendar, slows what it spends.

You were charged and it failed

If something is counted and then fails, it comes back. An article that fails to write is given back. A video that fails after being charged has its credits released, and retrying a video you already paid for is not charged twice.

A limit is not a lock

Running out is temporary and resets on a date you can read. Being locked is different: publishing to your website, publishing to social channels, AI Visibility and the backlink exchange come with a subscription, and no number of credits turns them on without one.
