Paid plans
A credit pack adds credits to the same balance the crew spends, and they never expire. The pricing page and the Billing page show the packs and their prices.

The credits land on the website you bought them for, and teammates that were waiting carry on.

Packs can only be bought on an active paid subscription. A free website or one on a trial is asked to subscribe first.
When to move up a plan instead
If you buy a pack most months, the next plan up usually costs less for the same credits, and it brings more seats and a bigger audit too.
