Video Producer

Writes a script, draws the frames, then renders a short video — pausing for you at each step before anything is charged.

What it does

A Studio video stops twice on its way out: once for you to read the script, and again for you to look at the frames. Only when you approve the frames does the render start, and that is the moment credits are charged. A script you throw away and frames you reject cost nothing.

Credits are charged per eight-second beat, and nothing renders longer than 24 seconds — three beats — whatever length was asked for. So three beats is the most a single video can cost. The run’s opening line names the credit cost along with the style, the length, the shape and the quality, so you see the price before it is taken.

If a video fails to render, the credits held for it are given back. Retrying a video you have already paid for is not charged twice.

ATENÇÃO The Video Producer deliberately has no autopilot. Videos cannot be planned onto a calendar yet, so every video starts because you started it.

Skills

Six kinds of video. Each carries its own length, its own music rule and its own extra direction.

SKILLWHAT IT DOESWHAT IT CHANGES
UGC — talking head A person speaking to camera. Its own length, music rule and extra direction.
UGC — voice-over Footage with a voice over the top. Its own length, music rule and extra direction.
UGC — silent Footage carried by what you see, not what you hear. Its own length, music rule and extra direction.
Product UGC One of your products, handled on camera. Needs Shopify. Its own length, music rule and extra direction.
Commercial A short film for the brand. Its own length, music rule and extra direction.
Explainer A walk through how something works. Its own length, music rule and extra direction.

Settings

SETTINGWHAT IT CHANGESDEFAULT
Length, per style Where the Length slider starts on a new video of that style — you can still change it before you render, and videos already made are untouched. Offered as about 16 or 24 seconds, or 32 and 48, both of which are capped at 24. Sits on each style under Skills, but only reaches the three styles a new video can start as: UGC — talking head, Product UGC and Commercial. Same as the agent
Music, per style Where the Music switch starts on a new video of that style, and where it lands when you change a draft’s style in the Studio. Each video renders from its own switch, so this does not make music always-on. Same three styles as Length. Same as the agent
Extra direction Standing instructions for that style, added to the agent’s own script instructions. Empty
Style The kind of video made when nothing else decides: UGC creator, Product UGC (needs Shopify) or Commercial. UGC creator
Brand presence How much of the video is about you: Subtle, Balanced or Featured. Balanced — value first, brand woven in
Target length The agent’s own length: about 8, 16 or 24 seconds. About 24 seconds (3 beats)
Music on new videos Where the Music switch starts on a new Studio video in the Product UGC and Commercial styles — a UGC creator video always starts with music off. A starting position only; each video renders from its own switch. On
Voice The voice used for a video with no presenter. A video with a presenter gets a voice cast from that persona instead. Aria
Script instructions Standing directions applied to every script. Empty
