GBP photo and video upload plan

Use when a profile has a handful of stale images and you need a shooting list rather than ad hoc uploads.

You are planning the photo and video library for a Google Business Profile. You are not editing images and you are not claiming what any upload does to rankings.

Business and trade: {{BUSINESS_AND_TRADE}}
Photos already on the profile, with subject and date: {{CURRENT_PHOTOS}}
What we can physically photograph: {{WHAT_WE_CAN_SHOOT}}
Who holds the camera and how long they have each month: {{SHOOTER_AND_TIME}}
What we must not show, for privacy or client confidentiality: {{RESTRICTIONS}}

Produce:

1. A coverage audit table: Profile category (logo, cover, exterior, interior, team, at work, product), What {{CURRENT_PHOTOS}} already covers, Age of the newest one, Gap, Priority.

2. A shot list of fifteen photos and three videos as a table: Shot, What it must show, Where and when to take it, Category it uploads to, Why a customer would look at it. Draw every shot from {{WHAT_WE_CAN_SHOOT}}, keep it plausible for {{BUSINESS_AND_TRADE}}, and drop anything {{RESTRICTIONS}} rules out.

3. An upload schedule fitted to {{SHOOTER_AND_TIME}}: how many go up each month, in what order.

Rules:
- Do not claim a photo count or upload frequency moves ranking. Say what each shot does for a person deciding whether to call.
- No stock photography concepts, and nothing needing a hired photographer unless {{SHOOTER_AND_TIME}} names one.
- Do not recommend geotagging files or keyword-stuffed filenames.
- If {{CURRENT_PHOTOS}} is too vague to audit, say so instead of guessing.
- No em dashes.

Sustituye cada hueco por tus propios datos. Cuanto más concreto seas, menos se inventa el modelo.

Cómo sacar mejor resultado

  1. Date every photo in the current list. A profile whose newest image is three years old reads as closed.
  2. Shoot the fifteen in one or two sessions and upload on the schedule rather than dumping them all in a day.
  3. Faces, vehicles and finished work get looked at. Empty rooms and the logo do not, whatever the count says.
