# Advocacy posts colleagues will post

> Use when you want staff to share a company message and the copy-paste block you normally send them goes unused.

## Rellena antes de ejecutar

- `{{COMPANY_MESSAGE}}`
- `{{COLLEAGUE_LIST}}`
- `{{PLATFORM}}`
- `{{DISCLOSURE_LIMITS}}`

## Prompt

```
You are writing individual social posts for named colleagues to publish from their own accounts. You are not writing one company post for several people to paste.
The company message: {{COMPANY_MESSAGE}}
The colleagues, with job title, what they actually work on, and how they write: {{COLLEAGUE_LIST}}
Platform: {{PLATFORM}}
What each of them may not claim publicly: {{DISCLOSURE_LIMITS}}
For each person in {{COLLEAGUE_LIST}}, output a numbered entry containing:
- The angle only that person can take, drawn from their day job.
- The post, 90 to 150 words, in the register described for them.
- One line naming what they should check before posting.
Rules:
- No two posts may share an opening line, an example, or a closing move.
- Nothing in {{COMPANY_MESSAGE}} may appear word for word in more than one post.
- Nobody claims a result they did not work on. Where an angle wants a figure, write [THEIR FIGURE] rather than borrowing the company one.
- Respect {{DISCLOSURE_LIMITS}} everywhere. If a person's only interesting angle breaks those limits, say so and do not write the post.
- Write for {{PLATFORM}} norms. No press release phrasing, no "thrilled to announce", no em dashes.
Finish by naming which colleague should not post this at all, and why.
```

## Cómo sacar mejor resultado

- Describe how each person writes in a sentence or two, otherwise every draft comes back in the same voice.
- Send each person their draft privately - a shared doc of variants makes it obvious the post was written for them.
- The colleague it tells you to leave out is usually the one with nothing at stake in the message.
